Physio in North Sydney that carries on into the gym
Your physiotherapist assesses what is going on, treats it, and builds a strength program around it that you can take straight onto the gym floor next door. One clinician from first appointment to training, and no referral needed.

Hands-on care, then the work that follows it

What should I bring to my first appointment?
Wear clothes that let us see and move the area that is bothering you. Bring any scans or reports, a referral letter if you have one, and your health fund card if you plan to claim.
Do you treat sports and running injuries?
Yes. Our physiotherapists see running, gym and sport injuries, and can plan a staged return to training or competition with you.
Can I keep training while I have an injury?
Often, with changes. Your physiotherapist can tell you what to keep doing, what to change and what to leave for now, and share that with your coach if you train at Adapt.
