Post-Surgical Rehab
After orthopaedic surgery, the quality and frequency of your rehab matters as much as the surgery itself. At Adapt, we follow your surgeon's protocol, train you multiple times a week, and send progress reports back to the surgical team.
How we treat it
We start from your surgeon's post-op protocol and build from there. VALD assessments give us objective data to track your recovery against benchmarks. Your surgeon gets regular progress reports. If something's off, we flag it early.
Best for
- Orthopaedic surgery patients (knee, hip, shoulder, ankle) cleared for gym-based rehab
- Anyone wanting close coordination between their surgical and rehab teams
- Patients who've had poor rehab experiences after surgery before
Not for
- Immediate post-op wound care — see your surgeon for the first week or two
- Non-musculoskeletal surgery recovery
Questions about post-surgical rehab
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We follow the post-operative protocol, provide progress reports, and flag anything that concerns us. We work with the surgical team, not around them.
Primarily orthopaedic — knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle. If you've had a different procedure, contact us and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
