Training looks different when it has direction

A clear program turns time in the gym into work that builds from one session to the next. Train independently or bring a coach closer, but always know what the session is for.

Questions about the gym

Ask about joining

Is Adapt suitable if I am new to strength training?

Yes. Start with personal training or a small group if you want a coach to help you learn the movements and build confidence before training more independently.

Can I train independently?

Yes. Gym membership is for people who want to follow their own program, with personal training and small groups available when they want more coaching.

Can I combine gym membership with personal training?

Yes. You can train independently and add one-to-one sessions when you want a coach to develop your program, refine technique or bring more structure to a training block.

What is the difference between personal training and small groups?

Personal training gives you a program and session built around you. Small groups follow a coach-led session with other members in the room.
