Personal training in North Sydney with one clear direction

No generic workouts and no starting over each session. Your coach builds the program, takes you through the work and keeps adjusting it as your strength, priorities and confidence change.

More than the hour in front of you

Your coach gets to know how you move, what you are training for and what keeps getting in the way. Every session belongs to the same program, so the work builds instead of resetting each week.

How personal training works at Adapt

Your coach owns the whole program, not just the hour in front of them.

  1. Start with the person

Your coach learns what you want from training, what you have done before and how you move now.

  2. Build the program

Your goals become a clear block of training, with every exercise and session chosen for a reason.

  3. Coach the work

Your coach takes you through the session, develops your technique and makes the right adjustments as you train.

  4. Keep it moving

The program changes as you get stronger, your priorities shift or the next goal comes into view.

Questions about personal training

Ask about personal training

How long is a personal training session?

A personal training session is usually 45 to 60 minutes. Your coach confirms the length when you arrange training.

Do I need experience with strength training?

No. Your coach starts with what you can do now and teaches the movements in your program as you go.

How often should I train with a coach?

That depends on your goals, your training history and how much support you want. Your coach can help you choose a rhythm that fits the rest of your week.

Can I train on my own between sessions?

Yes. Your coach can build the work you do independently into the same program, so your coached and solo sessions move in one direction.

What if I have an old injury?

Tell your coach before you start. They can shape training around your current capacity, and if something needs assessing you can book a physiotherapist at Adapt.
